How to use Echo with your team.

Hey, new here? Echo gives your whole team one shared memory for AI. Everyone’s memories stay private by default, and anyone can share the useful ones with the team in one click. Teammates then pick up that context in Codex, Claude, or Cursor, without asking you to explain it again. Setting up a team takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Create a team.

Open the team menu, choose Create Team, and give it a name.

Step 2: Invite your teammates.

Generate a one-use code in Team Members and send it over.

Choose Join Team, paste the code, and you’re in.

Quick questions

Who can see a memory I share?

Everyone in that team sees a snapshot. Your private original doesn’t change, and the memory doesn’t become public.

Can my team see my private memories?

No. Only memories you choose to share reach the team. In Team Memories you can include your own private memories in your view, and they stay visible only to you.

How do invite codes work?

Owners and admins generate them in Team Members. Each code is private, works once, and expires after 7 days. Owners choose Member or Admin access.

What can admins do?

Admins can invite and remove members. Only the owner can change roles.

Can I be in more than one team?

Yes. Switch teams, create one, or join one from the team menu in the sidebar.
